      ELL_GEO_SIDE

Purpose


      Find which side of a geodesic a given point located on.

Calling Sequence


      side = ell_geo_side( p1, p2, pt)

Inputs


      p1 = Start point of the geodesic {lon:lon1, lat:lat1}. in
      p2 = End point of the geodesic {lon:lon2, lat:lat2}. in
      pt = Point to check {lon:lont, lat:latt}. in
          If lont and latt are arrays side will be an array also.
      side = Side code (pt as seen from p1):
        -1 means pt is left of p2.
          0 means pt is aligned with p2.
        +1 means pt is right of p2.
