Description

  DXBREAK is a convenience routine for clearing IDL breakpoints.
  Its primary benefits are that it is symmetric with DXBREAK, and it
  requires fewer characters to type.

Inputs

  INDEX - the breakpoint number, as listed by HELP, /BREAKPOINT.
