Harris Geospatial offers two levels of support for customers who have at least one product under maintenance. Along with the Standard Support level that is included with maintenance, Harris Geospatial is now offering an enhanced level of support -- the Silver Level Support package.
REQUEST TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Silver Level Support includes new, additional services that have never been included in the Standard Support package. We’ve added these additional services for customers who want or require a higher level of support such as faster response times. Some of the new services offered include a named support engineer, Skype support, daily updates on support incidents, onsite training discount, and a discounted rate for the ENVI Analytics Symposium.
